Welcome to this 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation, a deeply restorative practice often called yogic sleep. In this session, you’ll be gently guided through body awareness, breath observation, and visualisation techniques to help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and settle into profound relaxation.This class is suitable for all levels—no yoga experience required. Simply find a quiet, comfortable space, lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be guided into a state of effortless rest.Use this practice to:✨ Reduce stress and anxiety✨ Improve sleep quality✨ Recharge body and mind✨ Access a sense of inner stillnessAll you need is a yoga mat or a comfortable place to lie down. A blanket and pillow are optional for extra support.
