Welcome to this 30-minute hip-opening yoga class designed to help you release deep tension, increase mobility, and feel more grounded in your body. Whether you’ve been sitting all day, training hard, or just feel a bit stiff, this practice is here to bring space and ease into your hips.Expect a flowing sequence of stretches, mindful holds, and breathwork to gently open the hips, inner thighs, and lower back. Great for all levels, with options provided throughout.
