In today’s class, Yoga for Flexibility: Slow Flow & Deep Stretch, we’ll move through a calming and steady vinyasa sequence designed to lengthen, release, and restore your entire body. This open-level practice is perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and feel more open.We’ll focus on deep stretches for the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine—using poses like pyramid, butterfly, straddle, front splits, and a gentle leg-hug variation. You’ll be guided through forward folds, chest openers, and side stretches with plenty of time to breathe deeply and adapt each pose to your own level.
